Originally created in the Middle East, belly dancing has taken on many different forms as it’s crossed the world. It is typically a very provocative dance that relies on smooth and rapid movements of the hips.

Modern Dance

Modern dance takes the fluidity and beautiful movements of ballet, but removes many of the rules and conventions. It is a free form of dance that places importance on originality and freedom of expression.
